Exchange and return of goods is carried out if the specified goods have not been used, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging have been preserved, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact of purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

You can independently bring the goods to us at the address Kyiv, Remontna St., 8 from 12:00 to 18:00.

Exchange is possible within Ukraine using the services of the carrier company "Nova Poshta" according to the company's tariffs.

Outside Ukraine, exchange is carried out using state or private carriers at the client's expense.

You can exchange or return goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
